This is the same weekend as the Roycroft Winter Festival - I am only 20 minutes from East Aurora-
I don't do the Festivals any more.

I will have a large assortment of framed and unframed prints on display
as well as a limited number of my "Hamburg Winter Scenes" books at $45.

HAMBURG, NY – Winter Scenes by Dorothy Markert

During the month of June, 2011 a special exhibit will be at the Hamburg Public Library, 102 Buffalo St. Hamburg, NY.

The original screen prints that illustrate the artist’s self published book will be on display.

Some of these prints are still available.

This publication contains 32 reproductions of Dorothy Markert’s original screen prints. They were created in the 1970s through 2010.

The book is a visual tour of the Hamburg Village along with some historical and personal text.

The Hamburg Library’s copy of the book will be part of the exhibit.

The artist who has been long active in the Hamburg art community is a Roycroft Renaissance Master Artisan in the field of screen printing

The Copper Shop Gallery continues to have many of my prints on display. There will be a special collection there for the holidays.
It is directly across Grove Street from the Roycroft Inn in East Aurora, NY on the Roycroft Campus.
The Copper Shop Gallery is open daily 10 am -5 pm.
