The Elbert Hubbard Roycroft Museum is located in the
ScheideMantel House,
a craftsman bungalow built in 1910  for George and Gladys ScheideMantel, who were among the original Roycrofters. Gladys donated the house and its contents to the Aurora Historical Society.
