March, 2009 - It is almost spring - the Snow Drops are up. I decided to make a print with Crocuses. I have never tried to do this before - but I made it in three different color schemes. I read about Arthur Wesley Dow using different colors with his wood blocks on my favorite blog  and I experimented. The greens, black and tan are all the same color unlike Dow's beautiful prints that he made by changing most of the colors.

Crocus I (yellow), Crocus II (lavender), Crocus III (white), 2009 edition of 45, 15 each color, 7" x 5" $50 each. They fit into an 8" x 10" frame.
